The opening hole is a challenging par 4. From the tee aim your drive down the right side of the fairway to get a better position for your second to the green. The fairway slopes from right to left once balls pass the ridge line. Those with a large drive will easily reach the hill and roll down to a flat lie. A steep bank to the left of the green will punish a wide approach.
