This shortish par-5 has a slight dog leg to the right - a long drive down the centre will tempt the longer hitter to go for the green with their second shot. Wise players avoid Lake Wakatipu to the left of the fairway and the large (hidden) pond to the right. A birdie is on offer here but regular players of this hole tend to hold back with the second shot with a shorter, more controlled iron, knowing it is easily reached in three.
